How to install nopCommerce Database Upgrade Tool
This application requires Internet Information Server with ASP.NET 4.0 framework installed.
1. after download of the package create a new folder under C:\inetpub\wwwroot\ with name "nopDbUpgrade".
2. unzip the downloaded package to this folder.
3. Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
4. Create new application:
Be sure the Application pool uses ASP.NET 4.0 and the User Account of the pool has admin rights on SQL Server.
5. Try to start the application using http://localhost/nopDbUpgrade in your browser.
